Master's Thesis Topic for/with Logos

Hello everyone! I am currently doing a master’s degree in Computer Science at Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. I am picking the topic for my thesis and I would love to do it with something related to Logos! Ideally a topic that would have a great impact or help with progress of a specific area!

I am mostly interested in privacy and specifically Private Information Retrieval (PIR). However, I would love to dive into anything related to the Logos Tech Stack, zero-knowledge is also a big interest of mine, but being honest, I feel overwhelmed when trying to learn about it but would love to explore and learn properly about it with the objective to, hopefully, propose improvements in the Logos tech stack related to zk.

I am writing here to ask for recommendations, which topics do you consider will impact Logos the most research-wise and for any potential mentors and advisors for my thesis too! I greatly appreciate any guidance, since a lot of topics would be new to me and I would appreciate a lot to be pointed in the right direction for resources to keep learning more!

Hello! I’m not scholarly inclined but here’s some ideas.

Read this Cryptid Technologies blog, then either formalize the theory or pick one of the 9 areas and dig deeper.

There are some ZK projects, such as RLN, LEZ core and some apps on LEZ such as payment streams and more.

Starting is one of the hardest part of research but I would suggest you can pick your topic by your own as makes you motivate. So, deep dive these until you hook onto an interesting problem.
